I find that I love my Sigma 10-20 and my Pentax 21mm Ltd. The zoom gives true wide angle perspective but retains the adaptability of 10-20mm range. The 21 is like normal / wide in my mind. The quality of the shots are wonderful.
Just my opinions.

I also have used a Sigma 10-20mm for several years and I have been very happy with the results.

Any idea if it will work well with K200D? What body do you have?

I have a Pentax 10-17 and have a lot of fun with it, but am only playing at the moment I find your scenes need to be fairly close or they get lost.

Lightroom has a 'Lens Correction' for the lens to lower distortion.

Is there a thread anywhere on how to use this lens?

This thread should be in LENSES, not DSLRS. And I think this is the 4th or 5th active thread on this topic now. But here goes:

There are other possibilities, but the most prominent ultrawides that could do for landscapes are the old and new Sigma 10-20s, the DA12-24, and the Tamron 10-24. For less-wide views, are also DA16-45 and Tamron 17-50; and is the too-wide-for-landscapes Sigma 8-16; but I'll skip those. A year ago I could buy any of the ultrawides. I chose the Tamron 10-24 because of 1) focal range, 2) warranty, 3) price, and 4) known Sigma QC issues. I am happy with the Tamron, with its performance in tight spaces at the wide end and for shooting 'scapes towards the long end.

Each of these lenses has its strengths and weaknesses, none are perfect, but all are close enough in quality that issues other than optics may be most important: size, cost, filters. My recommendation: Read the lens review database here, and view images at the Lens Clubs.

With Pentax, you don't have to worry about *different model cameras not working with certain lenses. A pentax K mount is a pentax K mount.

*obviously we're talking k mount cameras - m42, 645 etc. are outside the above statement, and even *m42 will work with a simple, relatively cheap adapter.

Yes, this is a question about lenses, not cameras, so it would belong there. But since it is also a common beginner question, I'm miving it to the beginner's forum.
