Well, at a number of weddings I've attended I noticed the camera's and even the lenses being used by the certified professional photographers working out of a studio, were not of the very highest level in the brand used! But obviously good enough for the purpose. Of course they were not using amateur-oriented models either. Sometimes when shooting over numerous hours of work, weight is a factor in league with high IQ, strong build, and a fine controls system.

Which Pentax Camera considered as Professional
Is it the one with the professional photographer standing behind the camera, the correct answer?

In the reviews, I always hear the experts call the different Pentax cameras up to the K-5 as "semi-professional". But then what would be considered as fully professional cameras? And which Pentax model would be considered as one?
Wow, an almost 7 year old thread.

Well, after 7 years, Pentax has added some even more-professional, professional models to their older professional models.

My mother used to say "Sometimes I think you talk just to hear the sound of your own voice." Any topic will do.
