Live view focusing

This just recently started happening with my K-r and no settings have been changed:

When in live view the focus square will shift from the center to a different position for some reason. I have never seen this happening before. Any idea how to fix this? I'm using AF-S with spot focus. I've tried AFA AFS and AFC along with all 4 auto focus points (5 11 center weighted and spot).
