Compose same shot and shoot:

f/8, ISO100, YN560 set @ 70 with bounce card and built in diffuser out - shoot between 1:1 ~ 1:2 and post the result. Exposure won't be exact but the result should still show a huge difference compared to what you posted - if it is too bright, stop down one click and should be good. (FYI: you are getting some diffraction and it is killing the IQ, try and stay near or below f/11 with that lens)...
