Loose hotshoe on K5

I have a problem with the hotshoe being loose on my K5. I had a K20 for several years and never had a problem but after 6 or do months the hotshoe on my K5 is loose, especially on the right side. Can anyone help me figure out how to tighten it? I got the plate out but don't see any screwheads to tighten like on some other cameras.

It's tightened from the inside. Better had it serviced if covered by warranty.

Original Poster
Soon after making the original post the whole hotshoe came off. I sent it to C.R.I.S. earlier this month and it arrived there on June 18th. It went in to service the next day and they had to order parts. It was repaired and tested by the 22nd. They replaced the top cover including the hotshoe, replaced the mirror motor (even though I had not noticed any problems with that), adjusted the AF and cleaned it up. All was covered under warranty and I got the camera back today and it seems to work great.

I also sent a Sigma 18-50 f/2.8 lens in to United Camera this month that had been broken for over a year and a half. I feared that the basic charge would not cover the repair since it would not zoom and something inside was rattling. They received it on June 8th, fixed it and I had it back on June 21st. It looks like new and works great. I also sent my Bigma in to Precision Camera (basically was testing to see how different companies compared and they had the cheapest price for the Bigma). They received it on June 13th and it was listed as In Repair on June 18th. It is still listed In Repair and I have heard nothing from them since an email saying it arrived. I hope to have it back soon but the main thing I was worried about was getting the camera back quickly.
