sigma 120-300mm f/5.6-6.8

I have a sigma 120-300 f/5.6 - 6.3 that I would like to use with my pentax camera.. is there any adapter out there that I can get and can anyone give me any info on this lens.. (my brother gave it to me) He had some really nice pictures he took with it on an older camera. thank you..

~~Even though this is posted in the wrong section~~ I will try to help. What mount does it have? Sigma XQ lenses were produced in several mounts including M42 and Sigma's YS interchangeable mounts.
