Pentax k-r, assembly problem.....

Thank you all for your help again,
after a good clean, new greese on mechanics, better contact insulation, the camera it's working perfectly again

Congrats on the successful repair. I had seen your thread since you asked for help the first time, but the K-r was my girlfriend's and I couldn't ask her if I could disassemble it. In the meantime, it has suffered a car accident and as such is dead. However, I'd like to open it up and remove its eyepiece, so I can use it for something else. Do you know how can I open the flash cover to reveal the screws underneath it? Thanks.

i reached this place i just need the wiring code circled in red, specifically thereare two black wires one thinner than the other, the placement of the same.
