auto focus in video mode

Do any of the Pentax offerings have the ability to auto focus as you change the zoom?

No.
Currently, you can't have continuous autofocus in video mode with any Pentax cameras (apart from some P&S, i guess), but you can have single autofocus by pressing the AF / AE-L button on the K-30 and K-01.
