What film accessories work with a istD?

I am finally converting from film to digital. What accessories from my old film cameras will work with digital? I have a couple K1000s, several manual lenses, some filters,an old flash, etc. I bought a used istD with a F35-80 Lens.

Obviously I can use my old manual lens with the limitations I have read about on this page. What about my accessories?

Another thought. I can buy a Pentax AF film camera package pretty cheap (Idealy with a couple AF lenses, newer flash and some accessories in a newer bag). Will most of the stuff work with my istD?

All Pentax flash and lens accessories should work with the ist D. Since it also supports TTL, you'll get full automation with other TTL flashes as well (note that modern DSLRs only support P-TTL).
