Flash probelm

I use K-5 with 2 flash(YN560EX and TT520) I set 2 flash left and right. camera use own flash. I put Wireless mode. When I take pic, only camera's flash work. Other flashes are working but it takes different time each. What is my problem??

The camera's wireless mode is for commanding wireless P-TTL compatible flashes, it won't work with the "dumb" slave mode in those flashes. You need to set the flashes to the slave mode that ignores the preflash, usually called S2 on the Yongnuo. The camera should be in normal flash mode.

The best solution, however, is to get some radio triggers. They are more reliable and predictable than optical triggering.
