Metz Mecablitz 58 AF-1 flash (for pentax)

Can I use Metz Mecablitz 58 AF-1 flash (for pentax) with Canon 5D mark II ? )

yes. but only in manual

Might also work in A mode as IIRC the 58 AF1 has a Thyristor. However you would need to set the aperture and ISO manually onto the flash so it would know when to shut off.
