If you have to ask, then probably you are not ready for it yet. Wedding photography is not as easy as it may seem to be, you have to have the skill (photo and social) to do it. I have seen many people including some of my friends who have more (and better) gear than yours and they still fall flat on their face when it comes to wedding photography. Flash photography is a major part of the wedding photos, and if you have not mastered it well in all situations, chances are you will not be able to deliver it.
As some have suggested, opportunities to be an assistant to the main photog would be a good starting point. An other way to learn is to go through many (like thousands and thousands) of wedding photos and start criticizing which ones are bad and which ones are good. The bad ones will guide you things that you want to avoid; and the good ones will provide plenty of examples you want to follow. If every wedding photos you look at are good, chances you are not ready yet (because you can't tell bad from good).
