I was hoping to find out what would be the most professional Pentax DSLR to date. In the film era the Pentax 6X7 was unique. Is there any new Pentax for pros ?

Today that would be 645D

Correct the 40mp 645d; one of the least costly of the current medium format line-up.

But with the upcoming Hasselblad H5, even with the Hasselblad name, that model will in fact be their last medium format camera which will not be entirely modular. Even that name has been effected by companies such as Mamiya - for which one can switch out the digital camera backs between differing varieties of cameras. IF Pentax ever does follow up with another medium format it will also most likely be fully modular; and possibly still offer something such as interchangeable film and/or digital backs in a variety of mp ranges
