Trouble Tethering K-30

A few weeks ago I was having no problems tethering my K-30 to my PC but when I try today, I am unable to open the SD cards files. Any ideas on how to solve this issue?

Sometimes the drivers are installed so that they only work when your camera is connected to a specific USB port. Try connecting your camera to another port and see if that helps!

It does not seem to be changing anything. Any other ideas?

Two questions:
#1- is your camera turned on when you try to tether?
#2- have you checked your menu settings to make sure the USB connection is 'MSC'?

Yes and yes. I can not figure it out for the life of me. Tried using my laptop and am getting the same issues.
