I'm trying to find out where I can find a list of Image sizes such as how big or small is an 4028X3264 image. Is there a chart available / I hope this is not a stupid question.

If I understand your question you are trying to determine how big an image will display or print?

The numbers you show (4028x3264) are pixel by pixel and have no physical dimensions. In order to determine how big the image will print you must know the Dots Per Inch (DPI) of the printer or desired resolution of the finished image.

For example if you wanted to print at 200 dpi then your example image would print at 20.14 x 16.32 inches. Printing at higher or lower DPI would result in bigger or smaller images.
