MX-1 green mode vs. auto pict.

New to cameras and just purchased a MX-1, can't really understand the difference of "Green mode" and "auto Pict" mode. Seem the same to me.
Any help would be appreciated.

The difference is explained here:
Pentax MX-1 Review - Shooting, Drive, and Flash Modes - PentaxForums.com

Green mode is for people who have little or no knowledge of photography, so a highly-simplified interface is shown.

As I understand it, green mode can cause shrinkage of the p*nis, so should be approached with caution. Remember: "M" stands for Manly!
