Actually, what I would like to do is leave the numbering in, just change to IMGP to K01A or something like that so that it would move from IMGP_1021 to K01A_1021.
Should work on any system that comes with a Bourne (compatible) shell. That includes most Unices (such as MacOS) and derivatives (such as Linux) and I'm given to understand that Windows with something called "cygnus" should offer a Bourne compliant shell also.
That said, I upgraded from Windows back when it was in version 2.0 (I think in the 80es or early 90es?), and have not used it since, so perhaps somebody else can verify?
