150mm F3.5 for 645 - loose focus ring

Heya!

I just got myself my first Pentax camera, it's a 645 with SMC Pentax-A 645 150mm F3.5 lens (I'm sure you know what I am talking about).
The thing is, that the focus ring gets loose from time to time - I have to sort-of pull the ring towards myself, while focusing, for the lens to operate normally.
Sometimes, however, it works normal. Sometimes the lens will not extract or retract properly.
There are not that many workshops around here, thus I wanted to ask if someone has had this type of problem and maybe there is an easy fix for this?
The lens makes no noise whatsoever and the focusing, when working, is also smooth the way it should be. There is also no movement of the focus ring, when I pull it towards myselft or when push away - it feels to stay in the same place. The focusing mechanism does not think the same, unfortunately.
Sometimes nothing will help but rotating the focus ring from one end to other while pulling it.
Any ideas?
