K 10 D shoots dark.

Why does my K10 d often shoot dark images, even when I open it up two clicks? It's particularly noticeable in mid- to low- light "out of doors" shots.

I think to not over-expose the picture and allow to get better results in DR when editing RAW file. IMHO.

Perhaps you have the dial set to spot metering?
