Pentax 18-135 3.5-5.6 repairable?

Two months ago my k-30 with 18-135 has fell from about 40cm height, but everything looked good and undamaged after that. But not while ago i found that my photoes become blurry in the right side with quite strong vigneting compared to other side, and it realy looks bad. I can manually set focus so that the right side is in focus, but other part of the shot is not. Dont now if the lens was damaged then it fell, or from some other disase, im not realy taken good care about them
The main question is are this lens repairable, or there is no chanses? I live in the middle of Russia, and the only service center in Russia is located in St. Petersburg, so i cant just go and ask them

I would think it would be repairable. However, at what cost is the question. Can you contact the service center via email or website and ask for a quote?

Sounds like a standard centering problem. It is very likely to be repairable, however as jatrax said, it may or may not be cost effective.

I have contacted with service center, they said it may cost about 130-160$ without delivering. What do you think about price?

Is it a common problem?

I'd pay it.

I stupidly lost control of my K30/18-135 combo a couple weeks ago, and it fell from a chair landing on the eyepiece. I've never had a lapse like this in my life. Thankfully, the lens seems fine, but the eyepiece glass is cracked, so I'm going to send both the camera and lens in for repair and a diagnostic. I don't care about the cost... I consider it a "stupidity fee," because I just lost control of it (and no, it's not Pentax's fault).

It is common on lenses that have been dropped.

Not common with Pentax in my opinion. Some brands have it more frequently. I had a brand new Sigma, which I exchanged because of it. I hear Rokinon has that somewhat frequently. It is not surprising your case however, since you dropped it.
