Yes, you can download free samples from this web site AlettA Photographic, from K10D to K5.

Does anyone know if AlettA Photographic accept PayPal for payment?

I have searched the site but couldn't find any payment details short of doing a complete registration+purchase procedure and I didn't want to go that route only to find that I would have to pay by credit card and not PayPal.
