K20D Mirror Problem

Hi all,

I used my K20D yesterday and of course I changed lenses outside and got some stuff on the Mirror so I decided to clean it
I've been doing this for years with no problems well I get the mirror cleaned but this lite green film keeps coming back on the mirror
and I can't get it off, any ideas on how to get it off once and for all.

Can you elaborate a bit on what you cleaned it with & what method you used?

I used a drop of eclipse E2 on a Q-tip which I used on other cameras with no problems. it just looks like there's residue left by
the cleaner.
