K-X Live View question

Hey, I'm new to using DSLRs and the Pentax K-X. The question that I have is when I'm shooting video with it, is there any way to use the viewfinder instead of LiveView? I can't seem to find a way around it.

The mirror needs to be out of the way for video mode, so you can't use the viewfinder unfortunately :/

Thanks for replying! I guess I'll try to get some kind of cover to block the sunlight when filming outside then.

They do make fully enclosed hoods for the LCD panel - look awkward to me, but whatever. You could also consider making a sports finder that slips into the flash shoe. A sports finder is nothing more than a wire frame that approximates what the lens sees. Your face needs to be a consistent distance from the sports finder to be useful.
