Suggest you try pushing aperture lever a bit inwards, and if NG then a bit outwards. (I suppose you should 1st look and see if it seems too far in or out!). I have had similar issue w/ 50mm f1.7 (M)) and responded to post here with similar problem/solution.

Oily aperture blades , they dont look oily ..

(dms) I was thinking about that , after comparing the aperture lever with other lenses , I thought , maybe its an angle thing ( in or out ) ..
Will test today ... ( just got up )
