Lens hitting the mirror? K5 IIs

I just noticed some nicks / spots through my view finder. The spots, 3 of them, are each near a separate corner. One looks pretty bad, like a gouge. I tried blowing them off with some air, then brushing them off, but they are still there. I didn't think there were lenses that were dangerous to use in the realm of Pentax.

Picture?

You say you see them through the viewfinder, if you take the lens off and look at the mirror can you see them?

They're still there with no lens. I noticed them today, but I know that it couldn't have happened today because I was using M42 / screwmounts (one of them was a 100mm f/3.5 Takumar screw mount from 1957). Maybe I can take a macro, and post it. Thanks.

They do not look like mirror/lens interference. I'd try blowing them off, and keep in mind that they could be under the viewfinder screen or in the viewfinder itself.

Are you sure those are on the mirror? Looks more like they are on the focusing screen. And as noted above can be under the focusing screen and not easy to get to without removing the screen.

And I agree they don't look like lens interference more likely dirt/dust/grease/oil.

Okay, I didn't know about that. I did have an oil spot on the sensor when I bought it. I had that fixed.
