I know that you're asking for 3 AF lens, so I'll digress with my suggestion.

But I guess, with limited budget the best Pentax lens with a little bit of everything and (some compromises of course) is the DA 18-135.

It is wide enough, sharp enough, long enough, definitely WR, and very handy.

If you can cope with manual focus then do not disregard manual focus lenses, especially Pentax M or A primes. For the price of a takeaway meal you can pick up some really good lenses (28/50/135).
Yes, thats all true. Just for the sake to keep things simple, i asked people to list their favourite cheap AF setup.

I have a few manual lenses: Auto Revuenon 28mm F2.8, Helios 44 58mm F2, Chinon 135mm F2.8

Cheap and quite good:
DA L 18-55, DA L 50-200 (although the extra money for the DA L 55-300 is worth it), and my favorite the F 35-70. The close focus (the lens says macro) at 70mm on the F 35-70 can be quite handy.

None of these lenses come with hoods, and so far as I am concerned, a hood makes a world of difference (skip the UV filters).

The best 3 AF lens setup for cheap

I'm using a Promaster Spectrum 7 19-35mm, a. Pentax FA 28-105mm f/3.2, and a Pentax FA 100-300mm f/4.7. All of the lenses are FF, AF, and very sharp when stopped down a bit. They are also significantly cheaper than most modern APS lenses with smaller image spots. Granted, those lenses will probably be sharper at bigger apertures though.
