How to post Flickr photos here ?

I see people post their Flickr photos here and they show up without one having to click a link. How is this done?

Not hard at all.

Upload your photo to Flickr. Add your tags, image info, etc.

Click on the photo from your Photostream. The photo will load on your screen.

Look for the Share Icon in your photo's viewing frame. It's located near the bottom right hand side of the frame. The icon looks like a square with an arrow coming out of it to the right. Click on it.

A small window appears with lots of html code. Select the size you want to share (usually Large). Copy and paste the HTML/BBCode text into the message you want to post here.

Done!

Click the image link on the top of the message box. Paste the Flickr link into the field that appears. That should do the trick.

Are you referring to the URL at the top?

It's the button that looks like a mountain with a sun/moon.

Perhaps you could do a screen shot and show me. I can't find any button that looks like a mountain witha sun/moon

I don't use the 'insert image' button when posting from flickr. Just paste the bbcode into the reply window.

These are the only options I can see when sharing a photo in flickr

I see no Mountains with sun/moon and I'm not sure what to click to get the bbb code

Try click the 3 dots Next to the red button with the P.
That should bring up more options

Do you have plugins for flickr installed or is this the development version? Never seen flickr like in your screenshot.

Maybe you can search youtube for tutorials, I think most forums function in the same way
