What is the CoF number of the K-5?

The title pretty much says it all.

I have a DOF calculator on my phone that I really like but changes to it mean I now have to input the numbers as a 'custom' camera...

I found some information on it, but two different sources gave two different numbers...hence the post.

I think .02 is what is commonly used. I also don't think this is a 'fixed' number but is based on final enlargement, viewing conditions and something else I forget. But according to: Online Depth of Field Calculator .02 is OK for 1.5x crop sensor, .019 for 1.6x crop sensor and .03 for FF, Pentax 645D gets .05 CoC.

So if you want to use .02 as a starting point and want tighter tolerance go smaller (.019 maybe) or looser tolerance go larger (.021 for example)

When I use the calculator, I enter the Nikon D7000 as the body, it is the same sensor

Yup, any APS-C sensor is 'good enough'.

For me, I like a lower number for CoC than is usually predicted as 'correct'... i.e. if I want something in focus I have to have a slightly smaller aperture (larger f-number) than those calculators predict.

The same as for the other Pentax APS-C cameras, 0.02mm.
