I've only been there once but I think I recognise the place. The Mandurah foreshore near the bridge? Anyway, nice colours. I think the sky is OK in this one. But if you were looking for suggestions, I think I would crop a little bit of the foreground so the horizon is not so much 50/50. I would crop to just short of the longest reflection. I think that would emphasise the blue in the sky a bit as well. Have you tried a graduated filter to get the effect you want?
