Ricoh GR- setting the aperture

Hi Everyone,
Recently I just purchased the Ricoh GR and am having problem with adjust the f stop.
On flickr, I've seen users change the f/2.8 to f/3.5 or other f-stops? How do they do that?

Any help would be appreciated.

Put the camera in A or M mode using the mode dial, and you'll be able to change the aperture. In other modes, it's set automatically.

Thanks, however in M mode, I wasn't able to do that. This is a fixed lens camera fyi

Have you read the manual?

Simple question.

It's all there on page 40, 41 and 42.

Did you try using the camera's e-dials? There are two, one on the front, and one on the back.
