The meaning of..................

Looking at the great reference guide to different lenses(Pentax) the section mentions K-Mount lenses etc,I just wanted to know if the K10D is only suited to K -Mount or does it include all of them and would they need spacers.
If someone can break down there meaning it would me as a newbie and many others starting off

I think K mount is the name of the lens conection type common to ALL pentax lenses (apart from early M42 screw lenses)
