Green Light only thing working

Hello All!
I have the Pentax WG-1 and have used it on many occasions with great results. Now, when I press the power button down, the green light comes on but that is all the camera will do. The LCD screen will not come on, the camera will not take a picture at all. We searched through the manual and attempted to "turn the LCD on" by pressing the OK/Display button but nothing happens. I have a card installed and the battery is fully charged. Any suggestions?

Try removing the card and see if the camera works then. If not, it might be time to replace it

You may also want to remove the battery, wait 30 seconds and then reinsert it.
