K3 flip mirror issue still exists?

Hi guys,

Is the mirror flip issue still there?
Is it fixed with 1.03 firmware.

There are two videos that showing the issue. But they all named Ricoh, instead of Pentax. So I thought that Newer production are named as Pentax, the issue may disappeared on newer K3s.
Am I guessing good?

I don't think it's been addressed yet, but it's also not an issue that affects every user. Also, all K-3's say Ricoh on the back, except for a few pre-production models

I have a k3 with the grip, and non-stock batteries,and it works flawlessly.

I had it ony once in February with 1.02 software. No issue, I had upgrade the firmware for the TC anyway, may be that helps.
