Mixing Flash Brands

Hello.. I just read the review of Godox v850. I am thinking of buying it. Currently, I have AF 360 Flash with me, which i am using wirelessly with my k30. I am wondering whether i can use Godox and AF 360 together.

The simple answer is yes, but things are never really simple. I use Nikon flashes, so I'm familiar with neither the AF 360 nor the Godox. How do you plan on triggering the flashes?

You can use radio triggers (I use Paul Buff Cybersync triggers). That's a simple, easy way.

If the Godox has an optical slave built in, you can trigger the Godox with either the onboard flash or the AF 360 on camera.

Assuming the AF 360 can be triggered wirelessly off camera and further assuming the Godox has an optical slave, you can trigger that way.

If the Godox does not have a built in optical slave, you can buy one.
