K-3 + 16-50 DA* focusing problem

Hello!

Some weeks ago, I received my new 16-50. It was impossile to get a sharp picture (Back focus + decentered lens...). Afer some tests, I send it back for repair. It's now back. The decentered lens is "nearly" repaired (so I'm gonna send it AGAIN!!!) but the back focusing is here as never. I am at +10 fine ajustement and it's not enough. It need +13 I thnk to correct the problem.
Should I send my K-3 too for AF ajustement? The problem is only with phase focusing. using Live View I get sharp picture. All my other lenses need at least +6 finr tuning to be sharp...

Other problem:
When using other points than central AF spot, I can't have a sharp picture too... I mean the picture has MORE blur than a picture taken with the central AF point. So, I'm afraid that when the AF problem is gone, it will remain some blur using non central AF points..
So my other question: With this lens, is their such known issues? Anybody using this lens can confirm they have or haven't this problem?

i suggest you send both lens and body together. At least, you'll be sure your body has not defect.
