Separation or fungus?

What would you say this is, and how easy would it be to repair?

fungus seems to be there. If you are not bad lucky, most of fungus can be removed without significant damage to lens. In New York, the clean fee is around $40-$160 depending on the lenses.

But if you have separation, it can be very expensive. I am not sure about it

What lens is this - I wouldn't rule out anything from your pic. Fungus/haze very possible.
