Help!!! Continual Shutter sound from K-5

I have a K-5. I am have a technical issue where the camera freezes and only has continual shutter sounds. The camera is inoperable when this happens. I can't take pictures or anything. It won't power off or move to any other settings. Has anyone had this issue before. I researched and updated the firmware which seemed to have helped for a couple of weeks. But now it is doing the same thing again.
