My trusty DA* 60-250mm is causing a bunch of issues. I wonder if any of you have experienced this before, if I'm having a "noob" moment or some serious issues.
The lens has worked fine since I acquired it about 2 years ago. The other day I slapped it on and it would refuse to focus. In the viewfinder, I see a flashing "M".
I thought it was the manual/auto switch but no.
Then on further inspection, I realize that none of the K-5ii controls are available while the lens is on the camera. Can't access the menu, the ISO, the white balance or whatever.
Very strange and I wanted to bounce it off the community here before forking out the bucks for the repair.
