Uploading photos

I didnt know where to post this so I thought id post it here. When I upload photos from flickr, I noticed that in the forum I cannot click on them to redirect me to flickr just in case any forum members want to view the image at a larger size. Ive noticed that with other members, this is possible and I was wondering what im doing wrong.

thanks for your reply but ive already read that bit but didnt help. i already post photos from flickr without any problem but they arent clickable so I can be redirected to flickr. when i scroll over them the cursor stays as an arrow instead of changing to the pointing finger. for instance look at the post at the bottom of the page https://www.pentaxforums.com/forums/122-lens-clubs/86234-15mm-limited-control...-club-512.html

then look at the posters above me.

That's because you are embedding a jpg from Flickr to IMG element here, instead of grabbing a BB code from Flicker.

BB Code should look something like this (I added backslashes for it NOT to be interpreted as BB code.

[\\url=https://flic.kr/p/pQzsdD][\\img]https://farm4.staticflickr.com/3950/15645924365_356c2a9816_b.jpg[\\/img][\\/url]

ok thanks man!!. managed to see what i was doing wrong. instead of pressing the share button and grabbing the bb code, i was saving the img url by right clicking on it.

Glad I could help

Flickr has its quirks, as in sometimes not showing the photo on PF at all so you have to reload the page & what I hate the most, Android app is useless for getting BB codes; you practically have to load Flickr in Chrome and then on every click force it to keep using Chrome instead of their app. However, I find Flickr rendering of various size previews much better than, say, G+ or our own PF gallery here.
