Light meter display

Hi,

I own a pentax K-5.

Recently I noticed that my pentax no longer displays the light exposure on my display. I think that the light meter still works because in automatic, the camera still adapt to the light in the room. But I can no longer see the amount of under and over exposure, because the display doesnt show anything.

Is this a setting that I need to change or is it a bigger problem?

Do you have the electronic level enabled? Try turning it off.

When you say the display shows nothing do you mean it is completely blank, not showing f-stop, shutter speed, focus confirmation, shake-reduction etc.?

Oh thanks, it works in M mode. I didn't realise it was only showing in M mode.
