I have an old flash pentax AF 330 FTZ

Hi everyone ,
I have an old pentax flash model- AF 330 FTZ ,and I just bought a semi-pro cam Fuji Finepix i1000SL ..will the flash work without damaging my dear cam ??
will it work in all modes or in manual mode only !?
N.B the cam and the flash pins are coinciding except one pin

It should work fine, but you will have to manually control the flash intensity and/or exposure.
