Auto Sears 135 lens - Possible Issue

I just bought this lens, and being an older lens I expected some dust on the lens.

However, there's also this larger white speck that appears to be between the elements near the front, and I'm trying to figure out what it is. I didn't think it was fungus...

Is this just a larger piece of dust or something?

Can't tell the specks from the reflections.

I can't tell what it is, but as small as it is it's unlikely to affect the image.

It is probably not worth worrying about. I know I've taken a couple of those lenses apart, but I can't remember anything useful about how I did it.

I have a old takumar 55 1:2.0 with a white flake in it. Too big to have gotten in there by itself, since it is between two glued elements. Got rid of it by banging the lens on a table top. It went to the side out of view. You could try that..

Did a few test shots with the lens yesterday and it didn't show up in any of those, so I guess this is a non issue.

Thanks for looking and for the suggestions...
