input focal length in q7

Hi I just got my Q7 enjoyed it a lot, but suddenly it started to have a message "input focal length"when I attached my 01 prime ans 02 kit lens, when I start to put a focal length or cancel it just goes off and do nothing...I can't use the q7.. Please help..

Try cleaning the data contacts on the lens and camera.

HI Adam Thanks, well it worked again..I tried not using it for awhile and it worked fine again
