K5 af

hello
I have a problem with the autofous on my K5. More often than not it's just not right. So if I want to be sure to get a sharp photo a have to do it manually. It occurs with all lenses, didn't have this problem with the K10 before.
Suggestions, anyone ?

The camera has several focusing points. Make sure you are using the correct focusing point. It may have changed and the camera is focusing elsewhere in the frame. I usually use center point only and recompose to avoid this.

The arrows that control where the camera focuses are in a really bad place, it's very easy to affect them just handling the camera. There should be a lock leaver that just locks the setting where they are, that you can flip to unlock the settings. So when you don't want to change settings, you don't do it by accident.

You can finetune the AF on the K5, an option that did not exist on the K10D. Check the K5 manual.
