Tamron-F 28mm f/2.8 lens, confused about type of mount?

Hi, I searched the threads first but didn't find conclusive information.

So, this Tamron-F branded 28mm f/2.8 lens recently came into my possession, but I cannot figure out what type of mount it is.
I learned from Googling that this particular lens was made in various mounts, but mainly M42 and K mount. I'm pretty sure it's not M42 mount and thought it looked similar to K mount, so I tried to put it on an old K100D to see if it fits...no luck. Then tried it on a cheap (but metal!) K-mount to Nikon adapter I had lying around...no luck. It would fit into the camera/adapter, but not lock into anything. And I didn't want to risk damaging anything so here I am.
What kind of mount is this lens? And if it indeed is K-mount, why it is not fitting like most K-mounts? (there are no dents or deformities visible)

I've attached a few quick pictures to help, I can take more (closer/better focused) if needed.

Yeah, it is none of those you mentioned. I think it might be an Olympus mount.

OM mounts distinctively and readily identifiable by the protruding stop down levers on the side.
