Pink hue

I have the Pentax Q. I want to love this camera, but have some difficulties. Sometimes my pictures are beautiful, perfect color. But many times I get really red skin tones. It happens in any light, low and full sun. I have tried all of the different scene settings as well as Av and Tv. Seems to just happen randomly. I am a beginner, just use the preset features. Any suggestions on what I am doing? Thanks.

Have you tried changing the "jpeg mode"? You press Info, then choose the jpeg mode from Natural, Bright, Vivid, Muted, Landscape, Portrait, and others. You can even press Info again to customize them.
