When I had a K-x, I mostly used the center point. Now that I have a K-30, and faster glass, I move my focus point around to wherever I need it. But I agree, focus and recompose can often cause problems at wide apertures.

solved... the problem was from the lenses. The kit lens was not calibrate corectly and the 16-50 tamron was bulky... i have changed with an 18-200 from tamron.
