Camera stutter in Live View Mode

Hello, I've been trying to use an old manual sigma 100-200 sigma lens on my pentax K3, and there is this odd noise that occurs when I use the optical depth of field viewer in live view mode (this manual lens has an aperture tab). Only upon release of the depth of field viewer does this "stalling" noise occur, and it only with this lens. On other lenses, (50mm f1.8 and 18-135mm wr) the noise is not as loud, long, or jarring.

Could it be the aperture lever itself? Is the 100-200mm louder when you stop it down with your finger?

The aperture tab itself is looser that that of the 18-135mm and 50mm, however I don't think this is the case. When the depth of field viewer is used outside of live view mode, the noise is not present.
