Difference between K-5 II units sold in Japan vs. America

It's time to upgrade from my K-7 to a K-5 II. I'm seeing that most of them on offer at ebay are coming from Japan.

Is there any difference between a K-5 II sold in Japan vs. one sold in America? Is it just a matter of what language the menu is set to, or are there any other differences?

I think those only have a different localization setting (=language). Might I suggest the K-3 or at least the K-5IIs instead?

I bought my k-5IIs in Japan while I was there.. no difference except that the manual comes in the box is printed in all Japanese only.

I don't think there's any difference in the camera itself. Lately all languages have been available in every region.

agree ^^ the K 3 price is as low as one can imagine ! I just sell my K 5 IIs I bought last year and buy the K3 new on Amazon premium day and don't lose a cent
