I wouldn't be surprised if all the mounts from any Pentax digital were identical. Just looked at the mounts on my K100D and K3II and they look the same.

Could be slightly different between WR and non-WR bodies (even if the contacts are the same).

The top end bodies since the K10D have been weather sealed, so they will have the seal in the periphery of the mount like the picture of the damaged one.

I'm sure you will be able to fix mounting plate but I hope there will be no decentering issues. I think that at least in the body there will be no such issues, can't really tell about lense....

There will be a problem with the stripped thread, fortunately it is at the top. Notice that there is quite a lot of plain plastic either side of the weak point. If the area is abraded using the tip of a knife and any bits not allowed to get into the lens throat, then an epoxy resin, not superglue would strengthen the area. The back of the mount would also benefit from abrading to key the glue. I think the lens mount may be chrome plated brass, if it is, then scratch all the chrome off the brass for a better bond. Scratching the scrap mount will verify the metal, plated brass or stainless steel.

A silly question: Do you have insurance? If so, if I was you, I'd stop what you're doing and make it their problem.
